1992 Subaru SVX LS

This is a clean title 2 owner vehicle that shows zero accidents or damage via Carfax and just over 100k miles. I got it from the 2nd owner who owned it for the last 25 years! This SVX is in excellent condition inside and out and runs and drives perfectly. When we got this Subaru, it was in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically but need a few minor things corrected. The wheels were originally silver but were a little faded and since the rest of the paint was so nice, we decided to have them refinished. This is where i took the liberty of making it even cooler in my eyes as we had them painted in the tri coat pearl metallic same as the paint on the car. The SVX concept car that Subaru debuted at the Toyko Motor Show was pearl white with pearl white wheels, so this was an obvious choice to me. We then had a 3-stage paint correction done to the paint. On the mechanical side, we had all 4 radio speakers replaced, the common weak diodes in the tach and speedo were replaced, brand new Subaru OEM rear struts, rear wheel bearings, 4-wheel alignment, transmission service, and fresh fluids. This is a bucket list car for me, and I spent a lot of money to take care of some common SVX issues and make it great and enjoy it until it sells. The Subaru SVX was a real aggressive move for Subaru and was an engineering marvel. They actually lost millions of dollars on the model due to the one-off nature of the car and slow sales due to high price. They were built to compete with the likes of the 300zx non turbo, 3000GT SL, and Supra N/A. They were nearly $30k new! It was such an innovative car with its fighter plane type cockpit window in window design. The bottom half of the front and rear windows roll down while the top glass is fixed. This gives the ability to have a huge greenhouse with very unique visibility. it is powered by a 3.3 liter flat 6 engine that puts out 230hp. This drives all 4 wheels through a full time 4wd 4sp automatic transmission. The very low height and compact engine design allows for a very low and aerodynamic front profile. It gives the entire car a spaceship look that was super ahead of its time and even looks fresh today. These are very hard to find in this condition. It's a special car for a buyer who wants something unique and VERY comfortable and fun to drive. Be prepared for lots of questions every time you drive it.
